Note:

• The applicable registration Fee is based on your country of residence. Please click here for a list of Industrialised,Transitional, and Developing Countries.

• All delegates should pay in advance (except delegates from USA) the registration fees. Delegates from USA will pay in Euros in cash at arrival and it will be considered as early Booking Fee. 

• Conference fee ensures the programme and abstract book, admission to all  lectures, use  of the audiovisuals, coffee break during the four conference days, welcome dinner and closing activity.

• Students are persons included on following a M.Sc. or Ph.D. programmes. They have to  provide proof of their status with a copy of their student identity card or an official letter of  their supervisor. 

• Accompanying persons will have the same admission rights as other participants but they will not receive the abstract book and programme.

Letter of Invitation: 

 The Organizers will provide a letter of invitation to participants, if requested, to help in  obtaining funds or visas. Invitation does not imply any financial support from the Workshop Organizing Committee.
